What kind of guarantees do you offer?

We offer a 100% guarantee. We hope that you will allot us enough time to do the job right!

Do I have to be home when my home is cleaned, or when my professional cleaner arrives?

Not unless you want to be there!

You can:

Give us a key that we code and lock up in the office.

Leave a key hidden outside, we can hide it again or leave it inside when we are done.

Give us the garage code (if you have one of those wall openers) and leave the door inside the garage to your home open.

Be home!  We arrange a schedule that fits your needs, morning or afternoon, and usually give you a time when our cleaners will be there.

Is Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning insured and bonded?

 Yes, we are insured and bonded, and licensed.

Do you do background checks on your employees?

Yes, we do background checks on all our employees - if I wouldn't sent them to my house, I won't send them to yours!

Do I have to sign a contract?

What? That's just silly, we wouldn't make you do that!
